Position Overview:
We’re seeking an organized and proactive Admin Assistant cum HR to support our daily operations and to spearhead our efforts in recruiting and developing new property consultants. This role is vital in driving the growth of our brokerage firm, focusing, attracting, hiring, retaining talented professionals in the real estate sector, and managing our company’s administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support company’s daily activities if needed.
- Lead the recruitment initiatives for property consultants, managing the end-to-end hiring process to ensure we attract and onboard top talent.
- Develop targeted recruitment strategies to build a robust pipeline of candidates, utilizing industry-specific job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Coordinate and refine the onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated and aligned with our firm’s values and objectives.
- Collaborate with our sales and real estate teams to identify staffing needs, understanding the dynamic requirements of our brokerage activities.
- Implement and oversee training programs that equip our property consultants with the knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in our recruitment and employment practices.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of HR policies, fostering a culture of growth, engagement, and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Administrative/HR, with a specific focus on recruitment and talent development, ideally within the real estate or sales sectors.
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry and the key competencies required for successful property consultants.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships and influencing at all levels.
- Organized and strategic, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred.
