Job Description:
Runners, also known as delivery runners or errand runners, are responsible for transporting items, documents, or messages between locations. They work in various industries, including hospitality, food service, law firms, and corporate offices.
Responsibilities:
- Delivery and Transport: Deliver packages, documents, or other items between specified locations, either on foot, by bicycle, or using a vehicle.
- Pickup and Drop-off: Collect items from designated pick-up points and ensure timely delivery to the intended recipients.
- Routing and Navigation: Plan the most efficient routes to reach delivery destinations, considering traffic conditions, distance, and time constraints.
- Communication: Maintain communication with dispatchers, clients, or supervisors to provide updates on delivery status and address any issues or delays.
- Package Handling: Handle packages and items with care to prevent damage during transport and ensure they reach their destination intact.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including recipient signatures, delivery times, and any special instructions or requirements.
- Customer Service: Provide courteous and professional service to clients and recipients, ensuring their satisfaction with the delivery process.
- Problem Solving: Quickly address any delivery-related problems or issues, such as incorrect addresses, traffic delays, or missing items.

Requirements:
