Duties And responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking tandoori dishes according to recipes and standards.
- Ensuring the quality and presentation of food meets the restaurant’s standards.
- Inspecting food supplies and equipment to ensure they are of high quality and in good condition.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
- Managing and training new assistant tandoori chefs.
- Allocating and overseeing the work of junior kitchen staff, including cleaning schedules.
