About the job :
In the position, you are offered personal freedom and personal responsibility where, with the support of the Sales Manager, you work towards set goals and follow-up on your team’s results. In your role as Sales Coach, you will be responsible for the salespeople in the team by at :
- Plan and continuously carry out individual coaching calls in sales technology
- Follow up and compile sales results for the Sales Manager
- Develop working methods, quality-assured conversations and come up with improvement proposals for the various projects in order to create conditions for the team’s goal fulfillment
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Account Managers to ensure the team achieves its goals
- Immersion in our customers’ services or products in order to apply the appropriate sales strategy
The salespeople in the team work with sales and meeting bookings by telephone within B2C and B2B, with our various customer projects. The sellers work remotely from home around the world. Communication with the sellers will therefore take place digitally.
The working hours are full-time, office hours, remote from home. We are looking for you who currently live outside of Sweden.
You also have:
- A few years of experience in B2B and B2C sales
- Experience in telemarketing
- A good ability to cooperate with others
- Good business understanding
- Very good oral and written skills in Swedish and English
- Previous experience in a similar position as Team Leader or Sales Coach
