Job Description
Office Coordination
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
- Maintain organized and updated filing systems (physical & digital).
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and correspondence.
- Prepare, update, and maintain office documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
Office Coordination
- Support daily office operations and ensure supplies are ordered and stocked.
- Assist staff members with administrative needs as required.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, room bookings, and schedules.
- Maintain office cleanliness, organization, and readiness.
Customer & Staff Support
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries professionally.
- Provide basic information to clients and staff.
- Process forms, invoices, receipts, and internal documentation.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing documentation and office materials.
Data Handling & Record Keeping
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly administrative reports when requested.
Enter data accurately into systems and databases.
Maintain confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma (required)
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
Experience
- Previous experience in administrative or clerical work (1 year preferred)
- Experience with data entry and filing systems is an advantage
Skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication

Technical Skills
